Sharpen your knives to razor sharpness with speed and ease. The Presto Professional EverSharp Three-Stage Electric Knife Sharpener 08810 sharpens hunting knives, meat cleavers, and standard kitchen knives like chef knives, paring, and fillet knives to a fine, precise edge.

To use the Electric Knife Sharpener, move the blade selector for optimum sharpening angles. Draw the knife through each of the three stages:

Stage 1: Begins the sharpening process with a Sapphirite coarse grinding wheel to create the proper angle.

Stage 2: Continues to sharpen the knife with a medium Sapphirite grinding wheel for a precise edge.

Stage 3: Completes the sharpening with an extra-fine-grit ceramic wheel that polishes the blade to an exact, razor-sharp edge.
