For times when its just your own dinner to cook, or for making child-size portions, this MasterClass Vitreous Enamel Small Baking Tray can be used on the hob or under the grill as well as in the oven, and is just the right size for an individual portion or side dishes.

And if youve got various diets to cater for in one household, such as vegetarian or gluten-free, its best to use a dedicated tray to avoid cross-contamination. Small enough to sit inside larger baking trays while still keeping food separate, it wont take up a whole shelf in the oven, when youd otherwise be left fighting for space to fit everyone elses dishes in.

About the MasterClass Vitreous Enamel Range

Crafted from super-strong 1mm carbon steel, this award-winning range is prized for its hardwearing, high-quality vitreous enamel coating. About as durable as bakeware can get, its scratch resistant, safe to use with metal utensils and wont buckle or warp, even when applied directly to heat.

And its not just for your oven bakes, its happy to go anywhere in your kitchen under the grill, on the hob (its safe to use with all fuel types including induction), even in the fridge or freezer if you need it to. And when its accomplished any culinary task you set it, its also fine to go in the dishwasher afterwards.

All items in the MasterClass Vitreous Enamel range are oven safe up to 220C and come with a 25-year manufacturers guarantee.
