With the Kchenprofi spaetzle plane, you can make traditional German noodles at home. Made from stainless steel, it consists of a batter box and perforated plane. The holes create uniform noodles with minimal effort.

Spaetzle, or sptzle, are a cross between a noodle and a dumpling. They are made from a simple dough of flour, egg and milk or water. The recipe originates from Swabia, a historic region of southern Germany.

Spaetzle is one of Germanys most popular dishes. The short noodles are typically served with braised meat and rich gravies. Theyre also used to make ksesptzle, a cheesy casserole topped with caramelised onions.

To make spaetzle, position the plane over a pan of simmering water. Place your dough mixture in the box and slide it back and forth. The noodles will fall straight into the water and be ready to eat in around 2-3 minutes.

The plane has a locking hook for a secure hold. The rust-proof stainless steel wont discolour or bend over time. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher after each use.

The Kchenprofi spaetzle plane comes with a five year warranty.
