This motor is designed for use with the Imperia pasta maker. It turns the manual pasta machine into an electric one, so you can make fresh pasta with ease.

If you have made pasta from scratch, youll know it can be tricky. Feeding the dough through the machine whilst using the hand crank requires practice. Its easier with two people, if you have a willing sous chef available!

This motor is quick and easy to install. There are two settings: one for sheets and cut pasta, and one for making ravioli. The mounted motor allows for smoother processing for finer, more delicate pasta.

This clever gadget will save you time and energy in the kitchen. The reliable power and constant speed delivers uniform sheets of fresh pasta. Its a lifesaver for making lasagne sheets, pappardelle and linguine.

Whether youre a pasta pro or keen to learn, the Imperia motor is an essential accessory.
