The Tajine is handcrafted from natural and safe red clay on a potter’s wheel. It is made using the milk firing technique and decorated with engobes. Comes with a lid.

Tajine – a special type of cookware originating from Morocco. Its main feature lies in the unusual shape of the lid. Thanks to the conical form of the lid, steam rises, condenses on the walls, and drips back onto the dish. This method allows the dish to cook in its own juices, imparting aroma, tenderness, and softness to any ingredient.

Engobe is a manual technique used for decorating clay products.

Clay cookware is non-toxic, 100% safe and healthy. It does not interact with food products and retains the natural flavors, minerals, and vitamins of the food.
