Making your first loaf of bread, kneading the dough, letting it rise and repeating it, before smelling the delicious aroma wafting from the oven, is like rediscovering the pleasure of the simple things that give life flavor.

Our clever Homemade Bread Set has everything you need to help you make your own bread! Its refractory ceramic dome maintains the right humidity level during baking, recreating the conditions of a traditional baker’s oven. This is the secret to soft breads with a crisp, golden crust.

Designed to make your job easier, the dome allows the dough to rest. As for the baking tray, it is ridged with crossbars that prevent the bread from sticking. You can vary the recipes and shapes: sourdough boule, daisy bread with seeds, rye loaf, etc.

Our tip: our Homemade Bread Set withstands temperature variations, you can put it in the refrigerator during the first rise of your bread, for an even tighter and tastier crumb.
