A great digital, real time, probe thermometer just for your kitchen and grilling needs. Does your food take longer to cook because you are constantly opening the door to check if the food is finished. There is no longer any need to open the door until it is finished. You can use this Taylor thermometer for checking USDA recommended temperatures of beef, pork, fish and poultry by setting the digital read out display on the counter and running the cord into the oven, and sticking the probe into the food. When the food hits your preset time or desired internal temperature, an alarm will sound letting you know.
