This premium accessory is designed to work with your CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener, Made from high-grade corundum ceramics, these sharpening discs will give your blades an ultra polished edge. By adding the Ceramic Expansion Pack into your knife care routine, you will achieve a level of sharpness usually reserved for professional kitchens.

First, sharpen your knife with the CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener to the 2000 CINQ Diamond Disc. Then replace the diamond discs on your rolling sharpener with the ceramic discs from this kit. Using the sharpener and angle support as you normally would, sequentially use the 4000, 6000, and then finally the 8000 grit.

Use the Ceramic Expansion Pack for touch-ups or to refine an already sharp edge. The fine grit of these discs is not designed to sharpen a dull knife. Always begin with the Diamond Discs before progressing to the Ceramic Discs when you sharpen a dull knife. Clean the Ceramic Discs after each use with a soft cloth and store in a dry place to prevent any moisture damage.
