Convert your stovetop into a high-efficiency grill with this reversible grill and griddle pan that fits over two burners for maximum cooking space. Flat on one side and ridged on the other for restaurant-quality sear lines, the griddle has a generous gutter on both sides to collect run-off fat and oil. Durable cast iron construction offers unparalleled quality and heat retention and distribution, and can be used on induction, ceramic, electric, and gas cooktops, in the oven, on the grill, or even over a campfire. Lifted handles provide an ergonomic grip, and the griddle is pre-seasoned and ready to use straight out of the box.

Each piece of Lodge cast iron cookware is backed by the companys 120 years of experience.
