ICON Cookware

ICON Cookware captures all the great cooking properties of cast iron but with many added benefits. The cookware comes pre-seasoned, weighs 30 percent less than cast iron, wont rust, crack or scratch your glass cooktop or countertop. It is perfect for induction cooking and built for high-temperature searing, frying, sauting and baking. The patented metallurgical process makes the surface harder than steel and its stay-cool cast stainless steel handle is attached with special alloy stainless steel rivets that get harder and tighter with each heat cycle.

The classic 10 inch diameter skillet with its gently sloped sides makes this pan the best choice for cooking eggs, omelets, vegetables, fajitas and more. Its flared lip with no-drip edge neatly moves liquid and food effortlessly from pan to plate. The pan comes pre-seasoned and its inert surface is all-natural and free of any harmful chemicals. Metal tool safe.
