The SCANPAN TechnIQ saucier pan is a multi-purpose saucepan thats perfect for sauces and reductions. The high, slanted sides are designed to help liquids reduce faster. This will save valuable time when youre making a creamy peppercorn sauce for steak or a smoky homemade barbecue sauce. The slightly flared sides give you plenty of room for stirring and whisking – ideal for gravies and silky smooth custard.

You can also use this modern saucier pan as a regular saucepan for making small portions of oatmeal and tomato sauce.

Designed in collaboration with professional chefs, SCANPANs TechnIQ range promises outstanding culinary results. The Stratanium+ non-stick coating allows you to cook with very little, if any, fat or oil, even at high temperatures. This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean. It can even withstand the use of metal utensils and go in the dishwasher! It could potentially be the non-stick cookware that does it all.

SCANPAN cookware is made from recycled aluminium, making it an ideal choice for eco-conscious homes. The pans are suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs.

About SCANPAN

SCANPAN is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of non-stick cookware. At their factory in Denmark, recycled aluminium is poured into moulds by hand and then die-cast under 250 tonnes of pressure. This technique ensures even heat distribution across the pans surface and creates ultra-durable cookware that will last a lifetime. Constantly innovating, SCANPAN combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create premium cookware for home cooks and professional chefs.

SCANPAN cookware comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects. Defects include peeling, pitting, and bubbling of the surface and do not include residue buildup, damage due to propellant sprays or accidental damage from dropping.
