Chiarugis striped pepper mill is an elegant addition to any table. Each mill is handcrafted by talented artisans in Florence, Italy.

Stained beech wood is laminated together to create the striped pattern. The stripes turn this everyday utensil into an eye-catching piece of art. Each one is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship.

As the mills are made by hand, small variations may occur in the pattern, as well as potential minor imperfections, these wont have any effect on the use of the mills. This means that each one is unique to you.

This Italian pepper mill looks fantastic on a shelf or counter when not in use. Place it in the centre of your table so that guests can season their food to their liking. Its perfect for adding black pepper to salads and pasta dishes.

Chiarugi mills are made from top quality beech wood. Each mill has a unique steel mechanism which cuts the peppercorns instead of crushing them. You will find them on the tables of top restaurants and five-star hotels.

About Chiarugi

Chiarugi has been making salt and pepper mills in Italy since 1952. They take inspiration from Tuscan and Florentine Renaissance culture, as well as modern day designs. Their aim is to transform an everyday kitchen item into a thing of beauty. Their mills make a dramatic statement, making every meal feel special.

Store in a cool dry place. Do not use the mill directly over pots or pans as steam may cause the mechanism to clog. The mechanism can be cleaned with a dry brush. Wipe the outside of the mill with a soft cloth. Do not use any detergents.
